The Safety Audit generally consists of following steps:
- A systematic, independent examination and documented process.
- To determine whether activities and related results comply with planned arrangements and Whether these arrangements are implemented effectively and are suitable to achieve objectives
- Physically inspect, measure the safety measures currently used in the Premises.
- Study all the SOP, inspection and testing and evaluating of the records and Systems
Analyze the findings and present the recommendation
- Discuss with key personnel in group and individually as required to know their views suggestions or to verify existence of the system /procedures.
